Rules & Safety

  1.  Socks must be worn at all times by children and guardians in the play zones. No shoes or going barefoot in the play zones. Socks are available for purchase at the reception desk at MRP.
  2.  Food, chocolates , water and eatables are strictly prohibited inside the play area. 
  3.  Five minutes extension is complementary, beyond that would be chargeable. 
  4.  Guests have the option to leave their kids at the play area for couple of hours and we will take care of them.
  5. The entire premises are CCTV monitored 24×7.
  6.  Maids are permitted inside the premises. 
  7.  Any sharp objects like pens, buckles, jewelry, coins, etc. should be removed before entering the play zones.
  8.  No climbing on the slides or exterior parts of the equipment.
  9.  Our structures are covered by more than two inches of high grade foam padding to provide best cushioning.
  10.  Smoking and chewing gum on the premises are strictly prohibited.
  11.  Respectful behavior and appropriate language are highly accepted.
  12.  First aid kit is available at the reception.
  13.  Management bears no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
  14.  Yaahooo’s management/employees cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur to your child during the play time.
  15.  Any damage done to the property is chargeable.
 
 Instructions for Birthday Parties

  1.  Private Reservation is provided on minimum booking of 30 kids. 

  2.  Food would be served after playtime, all together

  3.  No kid would be allowed to enter the play area during food time.

  4.  After food, nobody is allowed to enter the play area again.

  5.  Premises usage extension of 30 minutes is complementary. Beyond that would be charged @ Rs. 2000 per hour.

  6.  When food is provided by Yaahooo, outside food options are not allowed except cake.

  7.  Birthday slot will start as per agreed timings and if some kids are coming late they will not be allowed any extension of time.

  8.  Socks are mandatory for all kids. We will not allow any kid without socks. Socks can be purchased at MRP from Yaahooo.

  9.   If you are outsourcing the decoration, it is your responsibility to get it cleaned post party, else cleaning charges are additional Rs. 500

  10.  Balloons decoration is not permitted on walls and wallpaper.

  11.  Air conditioners would be operational during the party time, however during power outages windows would be opened.

  12.  Any damage done to the property is chargeable.
